Join Citizens as a Premier Banker to engage with affluent clients, providing personalized financial planning and exceptional service. Collaborate with Wealth Advisors to help clients achieve their financial goals while growing your career in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and onboard new affluent and high-net-worth clients
Grow deposits, investments, and lending balances through financial planning conversations
Deepen and retain client relationships through proactive engagements
Provide exceptional client experiences
Engage Wealth Advisors and Certified Financial Planners
Partner with colleagues in other lines of business
Leverage Salesforce CRM to track activity
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
3-5 years of banking or wealth management experience
Experience with affluent and high-net-worth clients
Minimum of two licenses (SIE, Series 6 or 7, 63 or 66, Life and Health Insurance)
Demonstrated success in a client-centric sales environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of industry regulatory requirements
Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and internal partners
