Job Description
Join Citizens as a Teller and make a real difference for our customers by providing exceptional service and personalized financial solutions. You'll engage with customers, help them navigate technology, and create meaningful experiences while contributing to a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers in the lobby
Demonstrate how to use mobile app and ATMs
Provide personalized advice and solutions to customers
Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits
Follow financial policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
High School degree or GED
Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments)
Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience
Strong listening and communication skills
Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs
Ability to problem solve and provide solutions
Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service
Comfortable with using digital technology
Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
Preferred Qualifications
1 year of experience processing transactions
Motivates others through collaboration
Process-oriented, energetic, detail-oriented, ability to multitask
