Job Description

As an Army Orthopedic Surgeon, you will specialize in treating Soldiers' musculoskeletal systems, utilizing advanced equipment and conducting research. This role offers the opportunity to serve your country while gaining invaluable experience and benefits as part of the Army Medical Corps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Treat Soldiers, retirees, and their families with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions

Required Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree from an accredited U.S. school
  • Current license to practice medicine in the U.S.
  • Completion of at least one year of approved Graduate Medical Education (GME) internship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Permanent certificate from the Educational Council of Foreign Medical Graduates
