Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and establish individualized treatment goals
Provide appropriate therapeutic treatments to improve or restore function
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and functional activities
Document patient care and adhere to insurance guidelines
Participate in interdepartmental communication regarding patient care
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited program of Speech Language Pathology with a minimum of a M.S.
Holds or is eligible for current Connecticut license
Eligible for or has a Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association
Valid driver's license for occasional travel between ECHN business sites
