Job Description
Join Avis Budget Group as a Part-Time Rental Services Representative and enjoy a dynamic role assisting customers at airport rental lots. You'll receive competitive pay, excellent training, and various benefits, all while working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in different parts of the rental or return process
Check cars and enter information in a handheld device
Process rentals for loyalty customers
Assist customers at exit gates or check-in cars at return
Provide excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License
Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
Effective verbal communication skills
Willingness to work outdoors
Flexibility to work all shifts
Ability to type, sit, stand, walk or move throughout rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
Regular, on-site presence required
Preferred Qualifications
6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
