Intuit is looking for Senior Tax Professionals to support clients during tax season. This flexible remote position allows you to assist customers in navigating tax complexities, providing expert advice and preparation using TurboTax products.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, and tax calculations
Manage product/software inquiries
Use government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers
Interact with customers using video communication software
Document interactions to maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney
Strong tax preparation experience
Extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using commercial tax preparation software
