Job Description
Join Quill as a Customer Sales Account Manager and lead an inside sales team to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction. You'll develop strategies, mentor your team, and report performance insights to management in a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the team/market.
Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics to achieve business goals.
Track and analyze market/team sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Lead, mentor, and motivate an inside sales team to optimize performance and productivity.
Conduct consistent coaching, development, and accountability.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
Conduct audits to address gaps and ensure team calibration.
Required Qualifications
High School or GED Equivalent
4+ years sales experience
1+ years sales management experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Demonstrated experience leading sales teams in an Inside Sales environment
