Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls, chat, email & reviews in a skills-based environment
Respond to inbound customer and partner digital inquiries
Provide customers with a clear picture of company products and services
Ensure customer requests for reservations and services are met
Identify up-sell opportunities
Maintain confidentiality of all company trade secrets
Support company culture and team philosophy
Required Qualifications
Two years or more of directly related experience in an inbound contact center or face-to-face customer service
Effective, demonstrable computer skills
Strong verbal communication skills
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Experience handling customer calls in a 24x7 sales-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of property management, reservations, and player tracking systems
Proficiency in basic Windows and MS Office packages
Experience handling reservations or in the casino/hospitality industry
