Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, chat, email & reviews in a skills-based environment
  • Respond to inbound customer and partner digital inquiries
  • Provide customers with a clear picture of company products and services
  • Ensure customer requests for reservations and services are met
  • Identify up-sell opportunities
  • Maintain confidentiality of all company trade secrets
  • Support company culture and team philosophy

Required Qualifications

  • Two years or more of directly related experience in an inbound contact center or face-to-face customer service
  • Effective, demonstrable computer skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • Experience handling customer calls in a 24x7 sales-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of property management, reservations, and player tracking systems
  • Proficiency in basic Windows and MS Office packages
  • Experience handling reservations or in the casino/hospitality industry
