Key Responsibilities
Develop budget for housekeeping departments
Maintain company credit card and expense management
Ensure Supervisors adhere to guidelines
Oversee procurement of products and supplies
Act as Safety Coordinator for the department
Conduct trainings for safety standards
Coach employees and foster their growth
Develop and execute departmental policy and procedures
Provide constructive feedback to staff
Required Qualifications
Secondary education required
Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in hospitality field
Strong personnel management skills
Computer proficiency required
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree or bachelor's degree
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications software
Good planning, administrative, organizational, and budget management skills
