Key Responsibilities

  • Develop budget for housekeeping departments
  • Maintain company credit card and expense management
  • Ensure Supervisors adhere to guidelines
  • Oversee procurement of products and supplies
  • Act as Safety Coordinator for the department
  • Conduct trainings for safety standards
  • Coach employees and foster their growth
  • Develop and execute departmental policy and procedures
  • Provide constructive feedback to staff

Required Qualifications

  • Secondary education required
  • Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in hospitality field
  • Strong personnel management skills
  • Computer proficiency required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree or bachelor's degree
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications software
  • Good planning, administrative, organizational, and budget management skills
