Key Responsibilities
Support weekly payroll processing including pre-close, pay report review, and payroll submission
Manage attendance tracking and documentation for Team Members
Assist with Team Members' issues regarding leaves of absence and payroll discrepancies
Organize new hire orientations and assist with recruiting activities
Update and post bid letters
Follow up on I-9 verifications
Assist fellow HR Team members as needed
Required Qualifications
6 months to 1 year HR administrative experience
MS Office suite proficiency
Kronos UKG timekeeping software experience
Workday HCMS experience
Understanding of OSHA safety regulations
Knowledge of general HR laws
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of HR related DOT regulations
Knowledge of labor agreements
Experience processing payroll for a unionized workforce
High school diploma or equivalent with 18 months+ of additional training
