Key Responsibilities
Supervise Social Workers, Case Managers, and Case Associates
Ensure programmatic systems meet clients' safety and service needs
Review and evaluate assessments, progress notes, and service plans
Collaborate with residence managers and other JB departments
Participate in staff evaluations and training compliance
Document work in agency's EHR system
Conduct apartment administrative walkthroughs
Required Qualifications
LCSW, MSW, or other clinical qualification preferred
Minimum of five years' experience
Experience with adults diagnosed with mental illness, homelessness, and substance abuse history
Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
MPA, MPH, or related degree
Knowledge of housing and supportive housing programs
