Join UnitedHealthcare as the Director of Account Management for Key Accounts, where you'll lead a team dedicated to customer retention for clients with 100-5,000 employees across New England. Drive strategies, build relationships, and make a significant impact on healthcare access and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor client assignments and train account management staff
  • Set team strategy to achieve and surpass goals while developing and managing staff
  • Build and maintain key client and producer relationships
  • Develop and maintain key internal relationships
  • Present a positive image of UnitedHealth Care
  • Understand and communicate UnitedHealth Care products and services
  • Support implementation of client accounts and manage service situations

Required Qualifications

  • Sales Insurance License Maintained by Law (or willing to become licensed within first 60 days of hire)
  • 7+ years in a healthcare sales or account management
  • 5+ years of experience working with brokers/consultants
  • 5+ years of proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Willingness to travel as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of people management experience
  • 5+ years of experience meeting sales goals
  • Solid working knowledge of business planning and financial/underwriting acumen
