Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop systems, printers, mobile devices, and other technologies
  • Investigate system issues and provide solutions
  • Manage Help Desk tickets and phone calls
  • Administer application support and upgrades
  • Document technical processes and procedures
  • Support efforts to enhance the associate experience

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent
  • 2-3 years technical support experience
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently or on a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce, Google Apps, Bankway Browser, Active Directory
