Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop systems, printers, mobile devices, and other technologies
Investigate system issues and provide solutions
Manage Help Desk tickets and phone calls
Administer application support and upgrades
Document technical processes and procedures
Support efforts to enhance the associate experience
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED or equivalent
2-3 years technical support experience
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently or on a team
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce, Google Apps, Bankway Browser, Active Directory
