Key Responsibilities

Schedules appointment times using computerized scheduling programs
Communicates with physicians and healthcare team members
Provides necessary pre-procedure instructions to patients
Performs insurance verification and/or pre-authorizations
Enters patient demographic information and scans documents into EMR
Corresponds with providers and/or patients for information exchange and scheduling

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED
Ability to work onsite at any facility as needed
Ability to work any shift between 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday, with rotating Saturdays
Must be 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of related work experience, including data entry
1+ years of customer service experience
Working knowledge of medical office procedures and medical terminology
