Job Description
Join the U.S. Army as a Reserve Anesthesiologist and play a vital role in the preoperative care of Soldiers and their families. Key Responsibilities
Provide preoperative care for Soldiers and their families
Administer anesthetics during surgeries
Support in emergency situations
Assist on humanitarian missions during surgical procedures
Participate in continued education and training programs
Required Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree from an accredited U.S. school
Current license to practice medicine in the United States, District of Columbia or Puerto Rico
Eligibility for board certification
Completion of at least one year of an approved Graduate Medical Education (GME) internship
Completion of a training program in anesthesiology
U.S. citizenship for Active Duty or permanent U.S. residency for Army Reserve
