Key Responsibilities
Provide specialized nursing care and case management for patients requiring infusion therapy
Collaborate with healthcare providers, caregivers, and payers to ensure quality care
Act as a primary communication resource during after-hours
Demonstrate competency in all phases of the nursing process
Provide triage to patients and families during off hours
Required Qualifications
Graduate of accredited school of nursing
Washington Registered Nurse License
Idaho Registered Nurse License or Oregon Registered Nurse License
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
2 years of Critical Care, Oncology or Home Infusion experience
