In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service to clients through inbound phone calls focused on educating stock plan participants and facilitating transactions for stock option awards, restricted stock units & awards, stock appreciation rights, and employee stock purchase plans (ESPP). Additionally, you’ll foster a personalized service experience by engaging with clients to understand their goals, conducting research, and tackling complex issues to offer them the best possible solutions. You’ll also take charge of your own professional journey by receiving structured training, on-the-job learning, and coaching on equity awards and plan administration.
