Job Description
Join Crash Champions as a Collision Estimator, where you'll play a vital role in educating customers about vehicle repairs while ensuring quality standards. Be part of a fast-growing company dedicated to superior collision repair service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Educate customers on vehicle repairs and insurance procedures
Complete initial and final estimates after damage evaluation
Manage repairs throughout the process ensuring quality standards
Keep customers informed on the status of their vehicle
Conduct post-scanning for vehicles in the repair process
Handle disbursement paperwork and ensure carrier requirements are met
Required Qualifications
Customer Service Skills
Organization and multi-tasking skills
Good time management
Ability to adapt easily to fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners
Knowledge of multiple estimating systems (CCC one preferred, Mitchell & Audatex)
