Key Responsibilities
Assist the Store Manager in all store operations
Recruit and nurture a skilled store crew
Provide feedback to foster a motivated work environment
Create employee schedules
Manage inventory and stocking
Ensure cleanliness and safety of the store
Handle key financial aspects
Stand in for the Store Manager when needed
Required Qualifications
18 years of age or older (21 for certain states)
Valid driver's license
Access to a car or motorized vehicle
Auto insurance
Flexibility to work various shifts
Fluent in English with basic math skills
Prepared to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
