Key Responsibilities
Support organizational initiatives for leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement
Conduct employee listening sessions and analyze feedback
Manage employee relations issues and ensure legal compliance
Assist in talent planning and development support
Provide management training and HR training to managers
Oversee leave of absence processes and accommodations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
3-5 years Human Resources generalist experience
Preferred Qualifications
Human Resources experience in the health care or pharmaceutical industry
Experience working with leaders in a large/matrix organization
