Job Description
Join Lincoln Electric as a CAD Administrator to support our Plant Engineering Department in Euclid, Ohio. This role involves leading AutoCAD Electrical upgrades, managing the electrical parts library, and training new team members, all while contributing to innovative engineering solutions in the welding industry.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate in a team environment on capital and strategic projects
Lead the upgrade of AutoCAD Electrical and Vault software biennially
Evaluate electrical prints to ensure compliance with CAD standards
Maintain and expand the electrical parts library
Deliver training sessions for new hires on AutoCAD Electrical and Vault usage
Manage user access and lifecycle workflows within Vault
Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technologist, CAD Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
Strong initiative and ownership mindset with a focus on delivering results
Sound judgment, self-motivation, and a strong commitment to safety
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AutoCAD Electrical and Vault administration
