Key Responsibilities
Assist Fleet Technician II and III in vehicle maintenance
Perform preventive maintenance inspections and repairs
Diagnose and repair vehicle malfunctions
Document all work performed
Learn Sysco computer programs
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Current and valid driver's license (CDL Preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
Medium/Heavy Duty truck technical training (preferred)
Annual Inspector Certification Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Brake Inspector Certification Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
ASE certifications – Automotive or Medium/Heavy Duty Trucks
609 HVAC Certification
Working knowledge of computer-based diagnostic software
