Job Description

Join Quill, part of Staples, as a B2B Sales Representative and drive revenue growth in the public sector and commercial market. Utilize your sales expertise to engage with customers, present solutions, and exceed quotas while contributing to a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive conversion of 1M new revenue from new customers
  • Build territory penetration strategy and analyze performance
  • Qualify prospects and route opportunities
  • Schedule appointments and present Quill values and solutions
  • Attend conferences and tradeshows to acquire new customers
  • Create and present custom pricing solutions
  • Ensure smooth transition to account management team
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Work closely with sales leadership to drive revenue

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED
  • 4+ years of field sales experience
  • Required travel within territory (approximately 50%)
  • Remote role covering Philadelphia, PA

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven business development experience
