Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on vehicles
Troubleshoot major components such as engines and transmissions
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Use Penske's tools and technologies for repairs
Complete training and learn new skills
Work on additional projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
6 years of practical experience with truck and tractor-trailer maintenance
Valid driver's license required, CDL preferred
Excellent customer service skills and communication skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred
Specialized training in diagnosis/troubleshooting of major components
ASE Certification and 608/609 certifications
Experience using all tools of the trade
