The position is for a Physical Therapist based in Ottumwa, IA, providing one-on-one physical therapy primarily within senior living communities. Candidates need a valid physical therapy license, an accredited degree, and CPR certification to join a clinician-operated practice focused on geriatric care and functional outcomes.
Our team is growing, and we’re looking for top-caliber Physical Therapists to join us in Ottomwa and surrounding locations in IA. This position is primarily staffed in one of our senior living community partners.

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
