Position Overview: Project Manager

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Type: Full-time

Addison Inc. is looking for a Project Manager to manage mid to large-scale commercial construction projects throughout Southern Nevada. The Project Manager manages and administers the construction and on-time delivery of commercial projects while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects. We are looking for top-notch construction management talent to help us deliver on-time, on-spec, and on-budget projects as we rapidly grow. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in project management.

Key Responsibilities

Job Cost Management:

  • Review Job Cost Reports to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.

Procurement and Contracts:

  • Lead the procurement process, providing necessary information for purchase orders (POs).
  • Oversee prime and subcontract agreements to ensure compliance and alignment.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain a structured file system for project documentation and housekeeping.
  • Lead the preparation of monthly reports, including:
  • Budget updates
  • Schedule updates
  • RFI, PCI, and submittal logs
  • Project pictures
  • Narrative summaries

Logistics and Equipment:

  • Support the ordering and tracking of equipment rentals, dumpsters, and temporary toilets.
  • Assist with billings and releases, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.

Bidding and Proposals:

  • Lead the sending out of bid packages and oversee the proposal and bidding process.
  • Maintain a supporting role for Requests for Information (RFIs) and submittals.

Project Coordination:

  • Oversee drawing updates and ensure all project documents are current and accessible.
  • Conduct OAC meetings, take meeting minutes, and distribute them to all relevant stakeholders.

Project Control:

  • Manage the PCI log and lead descope and level sheets to ensure project alignment.
  • Review change orders with superintendents for entitlement and verify costs related to processing.

Bidders Management:

  • Support the bidders list process, requiring owner and superintendent approval.

Subcontractor and Client Relationships:

  • Manage subcontractor relationships and conduct regular job site coordination meetings.
  • Manage client relationships and provide ongoing communication throughout the project.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 10 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills; proficiency in project management software and tools.
