Job Description
Intuit is seeking Tax Associates for the upcoming tax season to work remotely. You will assist clients with tax preparation using TurboTax, providing exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality. Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
Manage product/software inquiries
Maintain sensitive customer information responsibly
Document customer interactions accurately
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to interact with customers via video and audio tools
Preferred Qualifications
Related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
Experience using commercial tax preparation software
