Key Responsibilities
Facilitate member experience by answering phone calls, emails, and other requests
Assist members with quotes, binding new business, and policy details
Identify and understand member needs, providing accurate advice
Navigate multiple systems while maintaining engaging member interactions
Maintain required licenses and ensure compliance with policies
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Currently active Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license
1 year of customer service experience in insurance or relevant fields
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Preferred Qualifications
US military experience or military spouse/domestic partner
Prior experience in a fast-paced contact center environment
1+ years of direct sales or upselling/cross selling experience
