Key Responsibilities
Maintain updated customer information and document payment appointments
Contact customers who have not renewed lease agreements via home visits and phone
Sell benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments
Assist in achieving revenue and renewal goals
Handle merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed
Clean and certify returned merchandise
Complete and maintain vehicle maintenance and route sheets
Load, secure and protect products in company vehicle
Safely operate company vehicle
Assist the Sales Team as needed
Required Qualifications
At least 21 years old with a valid state Driver’s License (US) or 18 years old (Canada)
Meet DOT requirements to obtain certification
Ability to work varying hours from 8 am to 9 pm
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with assistance
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
High energy and multitasking capability
Proficient computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of retail/customer service experience
High School diploma or equivalent
Proper telephone etiquette
