Key Responsibilities
Independently apply complex technical and actuarial methodologies
Select and ensure quality of data for trend analysis
Utilize actuarial, mathematical, or statistical techniques
Create and deliver training on actuarial tools
Identify compliance gaps and recommend improvements
Lead unit initiatives and participate in cross-functional efforts
Communicate insights and solutions to all audiences
Ensure risks are identified and controlled according to policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related experience
4 years of Actuarial or analytical business experience
No more than 2 CAS exams away from ACAS Credential
Competency with actuarial, mathematical, and statistical techniques
Intermediate knowledge of data analysis tools and software
Experience communicating complex solutions to various audiences
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Personal Lines Property Pricing
Experience with launching a new insurance product
Experience with Earnix
US military experience or military spouse/domestic partner
