• Float Requirements: as needed
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH, de-escalation training (HWC, CPI or MAB), PALS
• Years of Experience: 2
• Number of Beds: 21 – 12 telemetry beds, 3 behavior health beds, 5 fast track rooms
• Patient Ratios: 1:5
• Equipment: Emergency Equipment
• EHR: Cerner
Hiring Profile:
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Emergency Medicine
• Must Have Skills/Experience: Emergency nursing, trauma, resuscitation, IV, IV drips, oxygen demand support, blood products, basic telemetry/EKG,
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: fast paced ED, experience with strokes, STEMI’s and trauma
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: COPD, DKA, Sepsis, Cardiac Emergencies, Neurological Emergencies, stroke
• Personality Fit: Fast paced/multi-tasker who embraces a dynamic environment, team player
• Required Education: ADN
