Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide friendly service
Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
Down stock and replenish merchandise
Process orders and deliveries accurately
Cross-functionally train in other store areas
Prepare merchandise based on customer needs
Guide customers through shopping or checkout
Complete other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
6 Months Experience using a computer
6 Months Experience using common retail technology
Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing and sitting
Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted
Preferred Qualifications
6 months of Retail and/or customer service experience
Bi-lingual skills
Certification in trade related to department
