Key Responsibilities
Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Supervise and coordinate quality department employees
Mentor and coach quality employees
Ensure compliance with CHEP quality guidelines
Support cost control initiatives and process control
Manage documentation of quality-related documents
Lead group projects targeting quality systems
Collaborate with leadership for safety improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant field
3-5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance or Continuous Improvement
Strong customer focus orientation
Ability to lead a team
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
Preferred Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma certification(s)
Prior experience in a plant or quality supervisory role
