Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg/Telemetry | Windsor, VT
Start Date: 11/10/2025 | Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights | Hours: 12 hr (36 hr guarantee)
Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend / Holidays as needed
On Call: TBD
Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Med Surg/Telemetry RN to provide high-quality patient care in Windsor, VT. This role may also require functioning as a backup Charge Nurse and coordinating care across units. The ideal candidate has strong Med Surg/Telemetry experience, prior travel experience, and leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate total nursing care for patients, including assessment, planning, and implementation
Participate in patient and family education
Provide leadership and collaborate with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel
May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg units
Maintain professional standards of nursing practice
EMR: Cerner
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience – Required
Charge RN experience – Required
Previous travel experience (at least 3 months) – Required
BSN – Preferred
ACLS & BLS – Required
Nurse to patient ratio: 1:4/5
Average daily census: 22
