Key Responsibilities
Responsible for timely, accurate medication administration and documentation
Performs treatments and documents progress as per physician orders
Assures complete resident care documentation using computerized medical records
Responsible for receiving and giving relevant reports to appropriate staff
Monitors residents and reports condition status to charge nurse/supervisor
Completes pre-reviews of medication administration records
Completes required MDS documentation and related observations
Supports CNA team in direct ADL care of residents
Required Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited School of Practical Nursing
Current licensure in State of New York
Preferred Qualifications
One year experience preferred
