Key Responsibilities
Provides support in personal hygiene, grooming, and daily living activities
Measures and records vital signs and assists with medication management
Aids clients with mobility tasks
Performs light housekeeping tasks
Communicates with clients, families, and health care team members
Adheres to infection control practices and maintains confidentiality
Required Qualifications
Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) in the state of NY
Reliable transportation
Eligible to work in the United States
Fluent in English
Understanding of HIPAA regulations
Ability to cook simple meals
Satisfactory completion of New York State Health Department-approved HHA Training Program
Demonstrated adequate literacy and simple arithmetic skills
Must be at least 18 years old
