Join Intuit as a Tax Advisor and assist clients in navigating tax complexities while working 100% remotely. Leverage your tax expertise and passion for customer service to empower clients with TurboTax products.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, and tax calculations
Manage product/software inquiries
Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers
Interact with customers via video communication software and document interactions
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney
Strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
