Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM | 40 hrs/week
Coverage Area: Garrard & Mercer Counties
On-Call: Weekend on-call required
Units: 28–30 per week

Requirements:

• Active RN license in KY
• Minimum 2+ years Home Health experience – Required
• HCHB & OASIS experience – Required
• Reliable transportation & insurance – Required
• Current CPR Certification – Required
• Valid Driver’s License – Required
• CHPN Certification – Preferred

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited ADN or Nursing Diploma program – Required
• BSN – Preferred
