A Wound, Burn and Ostomy Physician provides specialized medical care focused on wound management and treatment in post-acute care settings such as skilled nursing facilities and rehabilitation centers. The physician conducts comprehensive patient assessments, performs wound debridement, prescribes treatments, and collaborates with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes. This role demands clinical autonomy, frequent travel to multiple facilities, and interaction with elderly patients requiring ongoing wound care management.

Advantage Surgical and Wound Care has an exciting opportunity for a Full or Part-Time Wound Care Specialist (1-5days/week ) to work in the East Bay-Hayward / Walnut Creek, CA areas. Qualified candidates will round at multiple facilities that are located within a designated territory.
Our experienced medical providers perform rounds in Skilled Nursing Facilities, providing wound care to residents of post-acute rehab settings, nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and long-term acute care hospitals.
