Join The Jewish Board as a Behavioral Intervention Specialist Level 1, where you'll design and implement behavior management programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. Key Responsibilities
Design, implement and monitor Behavior Management Programs
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Develop Individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with OPWDD regulations and agency policies
Provide training on behavioral techniques
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in clinical or treatment field of psychology, social work, school psychology, or applied psychology
Training in assessment techniques and behavior support plan development
At least three years of experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities
Preferred Qualifications
National board certification in Behavior Analyst (BACB)
NYS license as a Behavior Analyst (LBA)
NYS license in mental health counseling
