Job Description
Join Pair & Marotta Physical Therapy as an Outpatient Physical Therapist, where you'll provide high-quality patient care and develop tailored treatment plans to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities
Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals
Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and exercise prescriptions
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes
Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in physical therapy
Required Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist
Preferred Qualifications
Previous outpatient experience
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
