Join Monte Nido & Affiliates as a Part-time Group Facilitator, where you'll create a supportive environment for adolescents overcoming eating disorders. Your role involves facilitating group sessions, fostering personal development, and documenting progress in a collaborative team setting.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate group sessions
Facilitate interaction between group members
Maintain awareness of individual client's needs
Facilitate identification and congruent expression of feelings
Document group sessions including patients’ progress or lack thereof, problems, concerns and mental status
Follow the format and requirements within the program
Ensure timely completion of documentation related to direct patient services
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff, interns, management, and other professional colleagues
Attend mandatory training and in-service collaborations
Required Qualifications
Actively working on bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related human services field
QMHP certification required
Preferred Qualifications
Licensed (or license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, etc.)
Prior experience treating those with eating disorders in a residential or inpatient setting
Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices
