With exciting growth on the horizon, we’re now looking for a CRM Data Officer who shares our passion and purpose.
Are you someone who loves turning data into powerful stories? As our CRM Data Officer, you’ll take the lead on ensuring our data systems are insightful, accurate, and empowering. Your analysis will help us understand our supporters, measure the real impact of our programmes, and make better decisions across the organisation.
This is more than a numbers job, it’s a role where your work directly supports vulnerable young people to lead stronger, more independent lives.
You'll take the lead in managing and analysing our CRM data, turning numbers into insights that drive decision-making, boost supporter engagement, and measure our real-world impact. From creating clear reports and dashboards to ensuring data quality and supporting colleagues, you’ll play a key role in helping our team and systems run smarter.
