Key Responsibilities
Oversee trauma performance improvement activities
Coordinate and facilitate the Trauma Performance Improvement Program
Monitor and coordinate trauma care to ensure quality care
Participate in data collection, analysis, trending, and benchmarking of data outcomes
Develop and implement staff educational programs and quality activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
3 years Trauma Registry or trauma care system experience
1 year Advanced understanding of Trauma process improvement
3 years Previous Emergency or Critical Care nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications
CEN, CCRN, TCRN, CSTR, or CPHQ upon hire
ATCN, TNCC Instructor upon hire
ATLS coordinator upon hire
1 year of previous experience with hospital quality management/QI programs
