Job Description
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Med/Surg Telemetry to join our dynamic team. The RN will be responsible for providing excellent patient care while monitoring telemetry patients and responding to any changes in their condition.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with established protocols.
- Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms for telemetry patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.
- Participate in assessments and documentation related to patient care.
- Support and mentor less experienced staff members.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
- MUST HAVE PERM Ohio License or Compact State License in hand.
- AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIH certification must be obtained prior to start.
- Epic experience is mandatory.
- One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required for qualification.
