Job Description
Join Lifepoint Rehabilitation as a PRN Physical Therapist and make a meaningful impact on community health. Utilize your skills to evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and guide families in their recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate a patient's condition and develop a treatment plan
Instruct nursing staff and patient's families on follow-through programs
Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and team members
Assist with patient scheduling and document patient care
Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition
Handle job responsibilities in accordance with company standards and laws
Required Qualifications
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered
Current CPR certification
Strong organizational and communication skills
