Cardiac Stepdown RN Job Details

• Location: Green Bay, WI 54301 (Wisconsin nursing jobs)
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Oct 13, 2025 – Jan 11, 2026)
• Healthcare Setting: Cardiac Stepdown (CVICU); may float to ICU or IMCU
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (NOC); every other weekend required
• Hours per Week: 36
• Job Type: Travel RN, On-Site
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2200 - $2360

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin or compact state
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Cardiac Stepdown, CVICU, ICU, or IMCU
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Ability to float to ICU or IMCU as needed
• Availability to work Thanksgiving (Wednesday before and Thanksgiving night)
• No local candidates within a 50-mile radius of Green Bay

Cardiac Stepdown RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Cardiac Stepdown (CVICU) unit
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status and progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Float to ICU or IMCU as needed to support clinical needs
• Comply with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Provide compassionate care and support to patients and families
