Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Warsaw, Indiana.
Shift: 19:00-07:00
SHIFT: Nights7P to 7A every 3rd weekend; no on call requirements
FLOATING REQUIRED: May be asked to float to MS Telemetry
Ratio 6:1
REQUIREMENTS:
**RN IN licensure
**ACLS, BLS required
**Critical care skills no ECHMO or trauma ERRT**Current driver's license
**1-2 years' experience critical care
EMR: Cerner
TYPES OF SERVICES: Critical Care and Progressive Care unit - Vent patients
SCOPE OF ROLE: Taking care of vent dependent, IV drips, Recoveries after hours occasionally NUMBER OF BEDS IN FACILITY: 72 beds
NUMBER OF BEDS IN UNIT: 14 beds
MONTHLY DEPARTMENT VOLUME: 181 P
ATIENT RATIO: 3:1 or 2:1 depending on type of patient
TRAVELERS SUBMITTED MUST ATTACH REQUIRED LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS OR WILL BE REJECTED MUSTINCLUDE DRIVER'S LICENSE/PERMANENT HOME ADDRESSON THE SUBMISSION - ADDRESS MUST MATCH ID TRAVELERS MUSTBEGREATER THAN 50 MILESFROM FACILITY
