Job Description

Join Optum as a Bilingual Associate Patient Care Coordinator, where your work will directly improve health outcomes. Key Responsibilities

  • Provides appointment scheduling and patient registration
  • Performs cashiering and answers incoming calls
  • Completes check-in and check-out tasks
  • Manages medical records and correspondence
  • Processes requests for medical records release

Required Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish
  • 1+ years of experience with medical office processes
  • 1+ years of related work experience including data entry
  • Beginner level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Prior experience with EMR computer applications
