Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Provides appointment scheduling and patient registration
Performs cashiering and answers incoming calls
Completes check-in and check-out tasks
Manages medical records and correspondence
Processes requests for medical records release
Required Qualifications
Bilingual in English/Spanish
1+ years of experience with medical office processes
1+ years of related work experience including data entry
Beginner level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Prior experience with EMR computer applications
