Key Responsibilities
Provides direct and indirect services in acute care, inpatient, and/or outpatient rehabilitation settings.
Evaluates, develops care plans, and treats patients with bodily impairments and functional limitations.
Documents evaluations, treatment plans, and patient education accurately and timely.
Participates in performance improvement activities and supports quality standards.
Required Qualifications
Doctorate Required
Physical Therapist (PT) Required
Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) Required
